About Us

Roy started with his family ‘Butchery & dairy’, in Ewhurst, Surrey, then Petworth and Billingshurst.

I joined Roy (my father) in Billingshurst in 1987, at the age of 15. There I completed 6 years of training and a butchery apprenticeship working alongside other butchers, which helped me gain valuable traditional experience in the trade.

In 2001 we purchased the shop in Warnham near Horsham, building our name and reputation for high quality locally sourced produce and great value for our customers.

Here at Bailey's Butchery we have continued to supply several local shops with our packaged meat and fresh products for over 23 years. We are proud of our progress in making our own bacon, many flavours of sausages, champion pies, sausage rolls and so much more.
